We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday on the same day. Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following business day.
We've made a commitment to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however during high volume periods such as sales and holiday periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
What is a Pre-Order?
We offer pre-order for a select range of styles. Pre-order allows our customer the ability to secure popular styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined on the product page
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. By completing your pre-order, you are securing your item and the pre-order is confirmed.
When will my pre-order arrive / what is the estimated release date?
Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on each product page. Please note that these dates reflect when your order is expected to leave our warehouse, not the final delivery date. Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method
How will I be notified when my order ships?
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the pre-order style has been dispatched. Please note, any non pre-order styles will be dispatched separately and with priority.
Can I combine my pre-order with other items in one shipment?
Yes, however any non pre-order / in stock styles will be dispatched separately and with priority. If you wish to receive both items together, we may be able to assist provided your order has not yet been dispatched. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
Can I make changes to my pre-order?
We're unable to make some changes to pre-orders once they have been placed. If you'd like to update your size or any order details, our team is happy to help - please reach out to us at customercare@steelelabel.com and we'll arrange a cancellation so you can place a new pre-order with the correct item or size.
If you need to update your shipping address, we may be able to assist provided your order has not yet been dispatched. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
What is the return/refund policy for pre-ordered items?
Pre-ordered items are eligible for a return in line with our standard return policy. All full-price items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
